Mindfulness we cannot use Mind to achieve Mindfulness, because if your Mind is already full there's no room for Mindfulness ,
In order to have Mindfulness we actually have to Empty our minds from the pass and future.
Our mind has to be in-tune /Balance with the body with No worries No wants No mind state !
In order to do this, we have to use the Body to feel the Minds energy and transferred Minds Energy back to the rest of the body thru movement and thru time we can feel the concentrate Empty Mind.
By using this transfer energy from Mind to Body IE:( Yoga, Tai Chi or any movement of the body ) we can use body movement to balance out the emotions of the mind.
( like when we are Dancing or Drumming) The energy is balance between Body and Mind and because of this Mind reunion with the body, the Mind does not have to drill in it's self.
Keep the Minds alertness to feel the Body, So the mind does not have time to think it will stay at the (no thought state) If we do this exercise Daily Every moment when possible through time the mind can be train to be empty. (Mind and Body Reunion in Happy Balance state) like when we were a Child with No Mind state just True Happiness state !!
Let the mind be Grounded to the Body.
Let the Body be Grounded to the Ground/Feel every movement of your body at all times,
this way our mind will not be flying every where, it is Ground on this Earth.
Like the Earth No Mind Just full of Mindfulness
Some of us will have a little difficulty Achieving Mindfulness even know we Understand and know How to Do these Exercise work by linking the Mind with the Body, Except... Here's the Tough/Hard part, we have to put in Patients for this to work, Because All of Us from Age zero to Around 10 years Old has this Mindfulness with in-Practice at All Times, after 10 or so life become more Pressure more Serious as we are Rising into Our World, we Learned the Realities of this World and got less and less Mindful because this Mindful energy is mostly Always gets Cap off.
Because after age 10 we start wanting to do things by our Self, we still have Body and Mind's energy in union,we have possibility, we have Believe !! A Great innocent state!! We are still together as One Body and Mind, we have Enough Energy but No Matter what we Want to Do... Unfortunately and most likely Our parents will Cap it Off, Saying No You Can't do this, it is impossible you don't have the money, you're too young and have no experience, this is unsafe....etc... actually they say these things because they care of you, there want to protect you from the outside world on the same time they be more at peace if you don't do it. because they are in their comfort zone, it's not their State of mind into something New from you, it's not something that they care to do...
By having these limitations at a very young age,and these will develop into weakness, a non- believer for the self. A maybe and maybe not, Loss of Believe in it's self...this also will constantly limits our freedom to be more free in our thinking ...so subconsciously we get weaker and weaker day by day with our freedom and This Kills Personal Human Potential slowly, Mind energy slowly dying from here on, and will turn it self to a Habits mentality to get strong again, this is why most of young people will start Smoking/Drinking/Doing Drugs, Because These Habits gives them instant Freedom with No limitation in the mind, the Free state
Now that we know how Mindfulness works with-in the Body ...Mind Body Union Together as One Thru Every Breath and Movement.
Here is some good to know How's, Some Why's and some Exercise examples:
Usually our Mind is full of Energy and Sometimes Our Body is Not, in Mindfulness Exercise.... What We are Learning to do Here is to Share and Balance ...Neutralize and Connect these two Energies as one.
In the Beginning Learning the Mindfulness Exercise, The Best time for Practice is, Alone when not too much People Around, We need Concentration, Because People are Energies they can Disturb our Concentration of our Energy in Another Word, One will be Paying Attention to them more than Oneself this Alone is Mindfulness of Someone else Energy not Yours :-()
So start Alone in the beginning to Practice this Technique of Mind and Body as one.
until you Grasped how to do it Successfully... Mindfully....then you could be doing it anywhere even at a party.
Let's start practicing with an exercise that we can do Daily, without going out of our way :-)
Exercise example : Picking up a cup to drink... Feel your Muscles from your Arm to your Fingers holding the Cup, Feel the Connection from your Fingers all the way to the Foot that is Grounded to the Ground How Intense is your Finger how Relax is your Foot on the Ground ? How's your breathing where is your breath At ? is it short or is it Full.... Are you Relaxed ? Use your Minds Alertness to keep Checking the Body and as You zip... this Drink.
Is the Mind Totally Alert of it's Temperature ? it's Favorite ? its Vital intensity ? Observe All of it...As it goes through the Throat all the way into our Tummy...the Center for Generating Energy, does your tummy liking it ? Do you feel good having this? is it good for you or is it a Slow Poison ? is your Body Rejecting it ? what is your Body telling you ? By keeping the Mind busy with the Body... keep using your Minds Energy to ask your body Questions linking Feelings of your Body's Answers thru the Mind, with every move... with practice the Mind will Sink back to the Body and will be United as Best Buddy's Again;-) this Reunion Back of Energies will balanced it self with each other .
By this point Mind and Body is Totally Back In Love and Trust each other Union as One, there's No Need for Negotiate or Communication to each Other, Now Mind is back at is True Home with Peace, not going out of it's Mind trying to go some where ;-) therefore Mind is Happy and Mindfulness will be felt within !
If One Can do this with Awareness with the Breath and on the same time Feeling the the Mind and Body, When Drinking/Eating Foods, this Intention with Mindfulness Energy will Digest the Foods with Miracles Effectiveness and Will give us Maximum Potential of is Energy, All the Goods that goes into us will be Gratefully Blessed on the Same Time with Maximum Nutrition !
Through this Way of Mindfully Eating
Our body will be Happy/ Balanced. Our Mind will Not Need for Dessert :-)
Example of Not Mindfulness: Someone not loving what they are Doing. Like in There Job... Usually when Ones on a payroll job they are just interested in the next pay check,...I'm here but yet in Reality there Mind is somewhere Else.
Another words I am not here Mindfully :-() I am only here for the next pay check. This is Sad but it's part of the Heartless Corporate job Reality .
This is a example of what Dulls Our Mindfulness.
Doing something that we Don't Care To, Our Mind will Automatically don't give it Full Attention to be Mindful, Unfortunately most of the things in life that we do are repeats, So we don't Really Care to much about doing it sincerely every time, We are only doing it for Survival ,from this Action Less and Less Caring of Doing Things, We have Slowly Lost our Mindfulness because we didn't put in the Real Heart when we are doing it.
Only with Our Heart of Caring, Loving, When We Do Things, We will have Our Mindfulness automatically when we are doing it.
Otherwise to Gain Back Our Focus of Mindfulness We Have to Practice Daily in All Things we do with a Open, Caring, Loving Hearts Until We Achieve Mindfulness At All Times .
Why Daily Practice:
In a Bigger Picture No Matter What One Do...Since We Are The One Doing It, We Should Learn How to do it Mindfully.
It is the Caring, Loving that We Give To the things that We Do that Reflects Our World.
In Return of this Caring, Loving that we Give Out we Automatically Embedded our Consciousness with Joy and Happiness as we Do Things, we also Naturally Establish a Habit of Feeling Joy and Happiness because of Giving.
Everyday Every Little Things that we giving Love and Caring to ❤️❤️ will give us Energy Back Unconditionally !
In the Long Run we we Learn how to Give, Share, Care, No matter what it is and that's the Base of True Happiness and Joy ! This is the Reward that we will have for Our Self.
When we Mastered Mindfulness.
Like our beginning when we were a little Child just Happy at No Mind State.
In this stage Mind is at peace Truly Happy being Connected Back as Oneness to Home/Our Body !
As in A child True Mindfulness is with in....&... Without Any Judgment ! :-)
